Please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with the order number listed on your packing slip as well as details and photos of the damage, defect or wrong product.
We will work to resolve the situation quickly. For security reasons, we will contact the purchaser to notify them of the issue, and receive their authorization for any further activity on their Goldbely account. In most cases, our partners will be happy to reship your gift at the next available ship date.
