If you need to change a delivery date please contact email@example.com at least 2 business days before the order is set to ship. Our partner shops require time to act upon this request which affects their production and ship schedules. Goldbely cannot guarantee date changes if a request is made closer to the ship date than this.
Customers are responsible for checking their confirmation email at the time of placing their order to confirm their original delivery date. We are not responsible for packages sent to recipients who are not available to accept packages on the delivery date.
