Customers are responsible for checking that the address is accurate in their confirmation email. If an address needs to be modified while the package is in transit, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to the order. Once an address modification is requested, FedEx requires one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Goldbely is not responsible for delays in transit caused by re-routing a package.
Goldbely does not offer refunds for orders shipped with incomplete, invalid or incorrect addresses. We are not able to reship packages returned to our partner shops by the carrier due to inaccurate shipping information, or re-route packages once they have been delivered.
